Spaghetti Squash

Place whole spaghetti squash in shallow baking pan.  Add about 1″ water to pan. Bake squash in 350 degree oven until done (fork inserted goes in easily).

When done, cut squash in half and remove seeds.

Add spaghetti sauce, cooked hamburger to 1/2 squash.  Top with cheese.

Place squash in shallow baking dish.  Cook at 350 until cheese melted and sauce is bubbling.  You may prepare the other half and freeze for cooking and eating later.

Nice dinner without so many carbs.
