Peanut Butter Protein Balls (no bake)

1 3/4 c oatmeal
1/4 c hemp seeds
1/4 c flaxmeal
1 c peanut butter
1/4 c + 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  Take 1 Tbsp at a time, press and roll into ball.  Eat immediately or refrigerate or freeze.  Makes about 2 dozen.
