Fish Tacos

A nice casual dinner – best on Taco Tuesday – first made May 24, 2011 using halibut.  Quantities depend on number of people to be served.

halibut, swordfish, or mahi mahi – semi-thick pieces

shredded, chopped cabbage

cilantro

whole wheat flour tortillas

red rooster sauce (optional)

salsa

chopped red onion

sauce – Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder

Warm tortillas in oven.  Saute fish in a modest amount of oil.

Serve, make your own, then eat.  Yum!
