Chinese Chicken Salad

From Paula Schmidt a water polo mom.

3 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
1 cabbage thinly sliced
4 chopped green onions
1/4 – 1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds (brown with sesame seeds at 400F)
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
4 Tbsp sugar
6 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 pkgs Top Ramen noodles (rumpled)

Mix Ramen seasoning w/oils.  Mix dressing, Pour over salad.  Mix.  Eat and enjoy!

It’s better the next day, so if you can, plan ahead.
